The purpose of this unit is to address the skills and knowledge required to assess requirements, identify suppliers with appropriate capacity, compare costs of supply, monitor usage patterns and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce cost. The authority to make final decisions on supply may or may not rest at this level. | ||
